The Festival program will be printed and available for purchase by each school.  It will also be a PDF file that will be posted on this website as well as placed in our Festival app.

ADVERTISING OPPORTUNITIES
The below ads and pricing includes the ad placed in the printed and online program, a banner ad of your organization's logo and website link on both the Festival app and social media wall.  Projected visibility for the App and Social Media Wall is 4,000 people.  Projected visibility for the printed program is 2,000 people.  The deadline to purchase an ad is November 4, 2023.  Everything needs to be emailed to Megan at memccan@ilstu.edu by November 4, 2023.  The preferred format type is vector (.eps or .ai).  A high resolution .jpeg, .png, or PDF format (300 dpi or higher) is also acceptable.

Program:  6" x 9".  All ads will be in black and white.

• Full Page - $500  -  (5.5" x 8.5" with margins OR 6.25" x 9.25" with bleeds)

• Half Page - $300  -  (5.5" x 4.125")
  
• Quarter Page - $125  -  (2.625" x 4.125")
  

Banner for App:

The banner image should be 600 pixels wide, 110 pixels tall, in a .png file.  The banner is a benefit from purchasing an Ad.

Contributions

IN-KIND DONATIONS

If you would like to make an in-kind donation of goods, services, and/or funds to the Festival, we would like to thank you by offering free ad space in the Festival program. All in-kind donors are entitled to an ad space equal to 10% of the amount of the donation. 

FINANCIAL CONTRIBUTIONS

The Illinois Theatre Association is appreciative of any contributions you can make toward two very important Illinois High School Theatre Festival funds:

• General Festival Fund - contributions help offset the expenses of the Festival.

• Clif Aldridge Memorial Scholarship Fund - contributions go directly toward All-State students expressing a need for financial assistance to participate in the production.

In addition, you may also make a contribution to the Illinois Theatre Association to help support general operating expenses.
