    Spring Musical Director Needed! Saint Mary School in Buffalo Grove is seeking a director for their spring musical. We do have a director of music and student choreographers, but need an overall production director. They can help with show selection, schedule planning and there is a stipend for the position.     Requirements: Flexible, but would prefer an individual that has had some experience directing and supervising youth ages 11-14.

    Moline - Coal Valley School District is looking for an Operations Manager who is primarily responsible for all operations of the Bartlett Performing Arts Center. This individual shall have the responsibility to oversee and/or assist with all aspects of the Bartlett Performing Arts Center. The manager’s work hours require flexibility that will include evenings and weekends to fulfill the manager’s duties during events.

    Job Requirements: Proven experience in theatre (preferably technical theatre) or equivalent experience. Required to meet all mandated health requirements. Documentation of a clear criminal background check is also required.

    Hair/Makeup: January 23-March 13th (Tech week March 3-11)  - this person would be working to coordinate hair styles/makeup and some SFX with our costume designer to create a cohesive hair/makeup looks for the characters in She Kills Monsters.  Would have a student lead assistant to help carry out the design vision. Typical work times are after school 3:30-6:00pm a couple times a week. This job pays a $2500 stipend.

    Lighting: January 23-March 13th (Tech week March 3-11) - this person would ideally be in 2-3 days/week from 3:30-6pm to work with our after school lighting students.  This person is not responsible for the design work but they would be needed to facilitate a student crew and help students learn hanging, focusing, circuiting, etc. This job pays a $2500 stipend.

    Puppets: January 23-March 13th (Tech week March 3-11) - they would be working with students to construct our dragon and other such monsters we can use in She Kills Monsters.  The technician can set their own day/week they need to complete their project though the ideal would be to have them 2-3 days a week from 3:30-6pm.The following job pays a $2500 stipend at Niles North High School in Skokie.
