The Illinois Theatre Association is thrilled to announce the 2027 Illinois High School Theatre Festival’s 2027 theme is “The Lively Image of Human Life” and will feature the All-State production of Something Rotten! We are eggstatic to share the audition materials for the cast, tech crew, pit, and student leadership positions.

The Something Rotten! production team seeks a strong ensemble of dedicated actors of all races, ethnicities, abilities, and backgrounds for all roles. We are committed to creating a professional atmosphere and rehearsal process. All roles are open, and all are encouraged to audition.
